Diehard enthusiasm for the Vossen brand is what resides at the core of every owners meet that we have the pleasure of hosting, and this year our travels to the UK demonstrated just that. It’s one thing to travel several hundred miles for a Vossen Owners Meet, but in the case of Denso’s M4, it was a much larger undertaking that.
Living in Africa for work, but not wanting to miss the meet, Denso enlisted the help of a close friend and fellow BMW enthusiast, William Graham, to drive his F82 BMW M4 several hundred miles from Scotland to Birmingham for the meet. We met up with Will as soon as we arrived at Prestige Wheel Centre, caught a bit of the Prestige techs in action, finishing up the suspension install, and we were off!
Will followed us around Birmingham in the M4 until we found just the right location to shoot, and that’s when we first had the chance to really appreciate the depth of the nardo-grey-looking wrap job. Covering all the jams as if it were paint, the grey made for a perfect base color, accented wonderfully by the transparent candy red that our Vossen VFS-1 wheels were refinished in.
Outfitted with seemingly every carbon fiber bit in the book, Denso’s grey M4 not only looks the part, at its new ride height, but also has a level of performance that likely unmatched in the UK’s F82 M4 scene.
While we look back on our shoot with Will and Denso’s M4, it’s amazing to believe how fast the past few months have passed. We’d personally like to thank Denso, Will, and Delroy at Prestige Wheel Centre (Vossen UK) for their help in making this shoot of Denso’s car happen, and if we’re lucky we’ll finally be able to meet Denso the next time we visit the UK—it’s just a matter of figuring out when that will be!
