As I meet more and more car enthusiasts over the years there is one thing I like. Happy people. Maybe you are the type or knows the type. The type of person happy for another day. They hardly complain about anything. They are patient while also focused on goals. They like working with others and seem to spread their happiness around. Wayne Vivola (@wvivz on IG) is that type of person and he couldn’t be happier with his new Vossen Forged setup!

Representing NYC and part of the @itswhitenoise family Wayne has been a longtime Vossen member of #teamvossen and his last set were 20″ graphite VFS-1’s. When he decided to go on air, he decided to go with our friends at Airrex but knew he needed the right shoes to complete the look. Enter the all new LC-Series.

The LC-Series in my opinion really looks at home on bagged cars and this is no different. Emulating a multi-piece wheel but with all the benefits of a mono-block forged wheel Wayne knew he was getting the best of both worlds after deciding on the LC-107. After discussing all our finishing options, he decided to go with a brushed face, polished barrel in our Platinum finish. As you can see the results speak for themselves, it is a beautiful combination.

Our work schedule is pretty demanding and we have churned out everything from a LaFerrari to VW Passat’s but this is our first full Hyundai Genesis R-Spec feature. Wayne isn’t scared to buck the trend and we think overall it looks amazing. Measuring 20×9 up front and 20×10 in the rear we once again took precise calculations to ensure when he is dropped to the floor the fitment of the LC-107’s is right where he wants.

Wayne is part of the @itswhitenoise media team, helping provide killer content to one of the worlds fastest growing automotive content channels and an awesome partner of ours. When we spoke about this production we wanted to also showcase a bit of NYC and its flavor and the guys really nailed it. All that is missing is some pizza!

To conclude things, Wayne couldn’t be happier with his R-Spec and of course his Vossen Forged Wheels. “Wayne’s World” is a very happy place to be and we are glad he’s down with #teamvossen!

Zalasin, having raced and collected his share of Porsches and various other exotic and desirable cars over the years, and White, having worked with Mercedes, McLaren, and Speedhunters, to name a few, are no strangers to the automotive community. Together, they’ve traveled the world, driving some of the most prestigious stretches of tarmac in the world. In fact, this very GT3 RS has even seen some time on the Nurburgring!

The weekend after SEMA, our friends at Optima Batteries (@optimabatteries) hosted their annual Ultimate Street Car Invititational (#OUSCI) at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. We’re no strangers to the OUSCI, as our Renntech-built (@renntech) Mercedes-Benz E63 competed in the event last year (photos here).

This year, however, we chased Andrew and the VPS-303-clad GT3 RS around the various challenges that take place as part of Optima’s event. From the speed stop challenge to the full road course, Andrew tore it up in the GT3 RS, competing against a very diverse field of cars, from classic Corvettes to Mitsubishi Evos.

After the OUSCI we ventured off into the Las Vegas desert to spend some much-needed alone time with the Porsche duo. As the sun settled behind the mountains we snapped away, with a whole crew of cameras in full force (thanks again to Cliff (@timeatk) and LightCapturers (@lightcapturers) and Danny Batista (@dannybatista) for the support!). With light dwindling and our bodies running empty, we finally called it a night, a weekend, and yet another successful trip to Las Vegas for SEMA, and that was a wrap for our weekend with Andrew Zalasin (@zalasin) and Elizabeth White (@itswhitenoise) of ITSWHITENOISE!

We would like to thank BBI Autosport (@bbiautosport) for the great hospitality and last-minute help with getting the new wheels fitted to the GT3 RS and GT4, you guys rock!
