We promised our friend, Vivian Chau (@vchau), a ride in Diego’s (@diego_vossen) Nissan GT-R on Vossen Forged VPS-310s a while back, but she had no idea he was going to be at Spray It Racing getting the car tuned the morning of! We caught the best of both worlds that day, chasing Vivian around downtown Miami while also seeing Diego’s GT-R on the dyno being tuned.
Equipped with EcuTek’s Racerom software and a custom tune by SprayItRacing, Diego’s GT-R laid down 550 horsepower and 520 foot-pounds of torque at the wheels—quite impressive numbers for a daily driver that sees 100 miles of duty on Miami’s highways per day! Meanwhile, GT Haus’ GT Racing Exhaust system combined with AAM Competition’s 3″ R-Line Intakes and intercooler piping adds to Nissan’s already-legendary performance.
Lowered comfortably on Swift Springs’ Spec R Lowering Springs and fitted with our Vossen Forged: Precision Series VPS-310 wheels, Diego’s Vibrant Red GT-R is quite the attention grabber even on the streets of Miami, where Lambos and Ferraris roam freely!
When Diego finally showed up to pick up Vivian, we heard the GT-R’s tone coming from around the block, and before we knew it they were off again, cruising across 395 toward Miami Beach.
