His BMW M2 is exactly that same formula for viral success.

The wheels are Vossen GEN-06 3-Piece Forged — sized 21×10.5 front and 21×11.5 rear, wrapped in Michelin tires at 275/25/21 front and 305/25/21 rear. The finish is Brushed Matte Clear centers with Brushed Matte Clear lips, a combination that mirrors the satin tone of the Inozetek wrap without being matchy — close enough to feel considered, different enough to add contrast. At this scale, the GEN-06’s 3-piece construction adds depth and dimension that a monoblock couldn’t touch, and on a silver car under natural light, the brushed faces shift character depending on the angle.

The Odeonsplatz, one of the most recognizable landmarks in Munich and German history, was honestly one of the last places I expected to find myself photographing a car. The history that has unfolded at Odeonsplatz throughout the past couple centuries is overwhelming and humbling. We found Munich as a whole to be one of the most photogenic cities we’ve ever traveled to, full of life and excitement (and beer!), and home to some of our favorite cars of our Wörthersee 2016 trip.

Beginning with Julian’s E91 335i on our new Vossen x Work wheels (to be formally launched very soon!), we documented three beautiful BMWs in all of their glory and colorfastness. Jascha’s Fire Orange F10 M5 on Matte Graphite VFS-1s nearly jumped through the viewfinder at us, with it’s bold color and fierce M styling and sound. Felix’s F80 M3, in my personal favorite, Yas Marina Blue, was a great finish to the morning, fitted with Vossen Forged VPS-314Ts in our transparent Vossen Red powder coat.

Fire Orange, the paint code seen here, is not only one of BMW’s rarest colors of recent years, but definitely one of the brightest and most recognizable as well. So when Jascha arrived in his Fire Orange F10 M5, fitted with Vossen VFS-1 wheels, and parked next to Felix’s Yas Marina Blue M3, the attention was definitely removed from Julian’s E91 that we had parked up in the middle of Odeonsplatz.

Once we pulled Jascha’s M5 around to its location for the photoshoot, it was clear that Fire Orange is perfectly complimented by the Matte Graphite finish of our VFS-1 wheels. A relatively reserved contrast to the bright Fire Orange, Matte Graphite brings out all of the lines of the VFS-1.
