We’ve been building toward this for a long time. And now it’s here.

Vossen Wheels has officially opened its brand-new Hybrid Forged Manufacturing and Distribution Center in Houston, Texas — a state-of-the-art facility that represents the single largest operational expansion in Vossen’s history. This isn’t a satellite office. This isn’t a warehouse. This is a full-scale, purpose-built manufacturing and distribution powerhouse, and it changes everything about how we serve our customers.

Why Texas?

Because scale demands strategy. Houston puts Vossen at one of the most connected shipping hubs in the country — slashing transit times for customers across the South, Midwest, and West, and allowing us to get wheels to the people who want them faster than ever before. With room for over 200,000 wheels, location isn’t just a convenience, it’s imperative to the success of the operation.

Inside the Houston Facility

Much like our Miami Facility, Houston will house two mirrored operations like our singular robotic cell in Doral. Encompassing 3 CNC machines per cell, two robots will serve as the feeders for these and streamline the manufacturing process. Next to it in the process of our Custom Tailored Program, a full powder coating line built entirely around automation. The Houston facility was designed from day one to run at a level of precision and output that simply didn’t exist in the Vossen operation before. Hybrid Forged production — previously split across our Miami operation — is now fully consolidated in Houston, where the infrastructure, the automation, and the scale are purpose-matched to the product.

And then there’s the inventory. In the pictures below, you’re looking at roughly 20-25,000 wheels, and that wouldn’t even complete half of the bottom row of our pallet racking. Ultimately housing 200,000 wheels in stock at any given time. For dealers who need to move fast and customers who are done waiting weeks for wheels, this is the answer. Houston exists so that when you’re ready, we’re ready.

Miami Isn’t Slowing Down — It’s Leveling Up

With Hybrid Forged production moving to Houston, our Miami facility is doing what it’s always done best — and doing more of it. Additional CNC machines are coming online to push Forged Monoblock and 3-Piece production to new heights, and a brand-new state-of-the-art automated Powder Coating cell is being launched specifically to support our Automated Forged Program applications. As Miami gets refined and sharper, Houston will take the stress of our Hybrid Forged production, with room to grow.

None of This Happens Without You

A facility of this scale doesn’t get built in a vacuum. It gets built by years of trust — Celebrating our 20 Year Anniversary year, we could not be more thrilled to open this facility on such an iconic year for us. From the customers who chose Vossen for their builds, the dealers who put our wheels in front of their clients, and the distributors who helped us reach every corner of the country and beyond. This expansion is a direct reflection of that support, and we don’t take it lightly. Houston exists because you believed in what we were building. Thank you — genuinely — for getting us here.

What’s Coming at the Houston Facility

The Houston location isn’t just a place to make and ship wheels — it’s going to be a destination. We’ll be expanding our team with new career opportunities and positions based out of the facility, and we have plans for events and activations that will bring the Vossen community directly to Houston. More details on both fronts are coming soon, but if you’re in the area — or willing to make the trip — you’ll want to stay tuned.

This Is What’s Next

Two facilities. Two focused operations. One goal — to build and deliver the best wheels in the world at a speed and scale that no one in this industry can match. Houston is open.
