Three Applications. One Design. The Vossen HF6-4 Goes 8-Lug.

Some designs earn permanence. Not through marketing cycles or forced relevance, but through the kind of quiet, consistent demand that tells you something fundamental is working. Our spoke language first found its expression in the S21-01 — a Vossen Forged design that established the split-spoke profile we’d carry forward for years. When we translated that DNA into the 5-lug Hybrid Forged HF-5, it landed on Cars, SUVs, and crossovers across every market we touch, and never stopped moving.

The HF6-4 carried our design into the 6-lug world and found the same reception in the lowered truck and large SUV market. Once our Super Deep and Ultra Deep Concave Profiles were launched, it was a shoe in for our product line.

Now comes the next step — and it’s the one the 8-lug community has been waiting for.

Our Vossen Hybrid Forged HF6-4 is now available in 8-lug configuration, bringing one of the most recognized designs in our lineup to the heavy-duty trucks and full-size SUVs that have always deserved better options in the premium wheel space. The 8-lug segment has historically been where wheel design goes to compromise — where construction quality drops to meet price points and where aesthetic ambition gets sacrificed for fitment practicality. The HF6-4 doesn’t operate that way.

Our Hybrid Forged produces a wheel that is measurably stronger and lighter than anything cast construction can achieve at a comparable price. For platforms carrying the loads and demands that 8-lug trucks are built for, that’s not a marketing distinction. It’s an engineering one.

Our spoke language scales naturally into the 8-lug format. The structure has the weight and proportion to read correctly at larger diameters, filling heavy-duty arches with the same confidence it brought to the 5 and 6-lug markets before it. Nothing about the HF6-4 feels like it was designed for a different application and adapted — it looks like it was always meant to be here.

Silver Polished & Hyper Gunmetal

Two new finishes arrive alongside the 8-lug launch, and they cover opposite ends of the spectrum deliberately. Silver Polished & Hyper Gunmetal join the product’s finish offering after their reception on current wheel options.

Together, they join Gloss Black, Satin Black, and Terra Bronze — giving our 8-lug HF6-4 a five-finish lineup that covers virtually every color story a serious truck or SUV build could call for.

Three Generations

The S21-01 started the conversation. The HF-5 brought our spoke language to the Hybrid Forged world and proved the design had legs beyond the forged segment. The HF6-4 extended it into 6-lug territory and found the same reception. Now the 8-lug launch completes it — our design family spanning every major lug pattern in the truck and SUV segment, built on the same Hybrid Forged foundation that made the original worth following in the first place.
